Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall

There was plenty of parking available when we arrived. Check in was very straightforward and all staff we came into contact with were polite. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. We liked that there were bedside tables on both sides of the bed (as sometimes there's only one on one side) The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. Everywhere in the room and hotel communal spaces were cleaned to a very high standard. There was on-site restaurant, and we had breakfast there which was very nice. There was a mini-store in the hotel lobby which was very helpful. We would stay here again.

We desperately needed to do some shopping at Dolphin Mall (we live in Panama) and the location of this hotel was ideal. While the mall is technically ‘across the street’ you need to traverse a very large outdoor parking lot before reaching the mall. The food and beverages on the bar menu were excellent. However, be aware that there is an 18% service charge added on all food and beverage orders. Front desk service was friendly, and the cost of breakfast reasonable.

This hotel couldn't have been better. We came into town to see a ballgame and wanted a convenient hotel. The Hilton Garden offered so much more. This locations proximity to the Dolphin Mall is excellent. It was such an unexpected surprise. We had lunch and dinner there and the atmosphere was great. We simply walked from the hotel. Free parking is a plus, and the convenient market in the hotel lobby was great. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Good location. Last time I was there customer service was excellent, sorry I cannot say the same this time. I wondered if I was staying at a Hilton hotel.
